Ji Sunkyung Korea, b. 1983

Sunkyung Ji graduated from the Department of Environmental Sculpture at the University of Seoul, and later received a Meisterschüler from the Braunschweig University of Art in Germany. Sunkyung Ji's work focuses on drawing collages and installations, where she observes individual experiences on a collective level and visualizes emotions and thoughts. She primarily works with drawing collages and installations. She experiments with a variety of materials and methods, such as steel, wood, spray paint, acrylic paint, and printmaking, to establish her own unique sculptural language.
